Baptist Primary Care Bay meadows is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Jacksonville, Florida. The provider must be comfortable with Women's and Men's Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician-patient follow-ups, hospital follow-ups & wellness exams. Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Compensation starting at $119k
* 15-17 patients per day
* No call schedule
* 40 patient-facing hours a week

* Master's degree
