Baptist Health is looking for a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Heart Center team in our Cath Lab/COPS Unit. This is a Full-Time Days position working
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm located at the Heart Center at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, FL (Downtown).
There are no weekend or holiday requirements for this position.
We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on providing quality patient care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assist RNs supporting in the care of patients. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
Certified Nursing Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Patient activities of daily living
- Maintaining a safe environment for patients
- Collecting lab specimens
- Intake and output monitoring
- Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience:
- None
- None required
- HSD/GED Preferred
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required
