Registered Nurse, PCU Fulltime Nights, Baptist

Position

Baptist Beaches is looking for an experienced PCU Registered Nurse for Fulltime Nights.
* New Hires eligible for a $3,750 Sign on Bonus*

• Include patients and their significant others/families in developing an individualized plan of care
• Educate patients and families about their disease process and plan of care
• Serve as patient advocate and provide care to critical patients requiring higher acuity of care
• Provide care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition
• Embrace and uphold the hospital mission statement
• Interact with physicians and other departments within the hospital
• Coordinate care provided by ancillary services
• Participate in staff meetings and other unit activities

• Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care experience, or hold an Associate of Science in Nursing, or have a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree (preferred)
• 1-2 years Cardiac experience preferred
• 1-2 years Telemetry experience
• Hospital experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Licensed Registered Nurse required
