As a private duty nurse on our home health team, you’ll care for medically complex patients, primarily children, in a personalized, low-stress environment.

• Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments based on individualized plans
• Educate and support families in home care techniques
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Document visits using our easy‑to‑use EMR system
• Be a trusted part of a long‑term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity

• Active LPN license

• Average computer skills with competency in media communications
• Must have the physical abilities to perform the described duties

• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
• One year experience in nursing (preferred)
• Active and valid CPR certification with practicum
• IV certification by state mandate, if required by the state

Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 / hour
