An immediate opening is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with specialized expertise in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This is a contract position ideal for candidates who excel in high-acuity environments and have a strong background in Cath Lab procedures.

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week (4x10s)
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Required Qualifications:

Current and unencumbered RN license
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and equipment
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, and other interventional procedures
Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after procedures
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Respond rapidly and effectively to emergencies or changes in patient status
Maintain a safe and sterile environment in accordance with policy and best practices
