Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available: 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts
Pay Rate: $34 – $38 per hour (based on experience) + shift differentials
Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures and treatments
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Active and current Florida RN License
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to teamwork and quality care
