Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Pediatric APRN to join our growing private pediatric practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for children from infancy through adolescence and values building long-term relationships with patients and families in a supportive office-based setting.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care including sick visits, well-child exams, and follow-up appointments
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Florida APRN guidelines
• Administer and review immunizations following current pediatric recommendations
• Educate patients and parents regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, nutrition, development, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure efficient patient care and workflow
• Participate in care coordination, referrals, and follow-up management as needed
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, clinical protocols, and quality standards

• National board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or equivalent
• Current BLS/PALS certification preferred
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
