House Supervisor – Registered Nurse (Part‑time Day Shift)
Join our team at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. The House Supervisor plays a key leadership role in hospital operations.
Responsibilities- Oversee bed placement and patient flow
- Manage staffing coordination and coverage
- Respond to crises and support hospital operations
- Serve as a clinical resource across departments
- Participate in code team and emergency response
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- ADON responsibilities include bed placement, crisis management, and resource level knowledge of organ/tissue policy and procedure
- Working knowledge of staffing minimums and assist in staffing coordination for the adult hospital
- Clinically proficient, active participant of the Code Team
- 5+ years of supervisory experience (required)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Registered Nurse license (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
