• Registered Nurse, OR
• Experience:

• Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS; PALS; BLS
• SSN required
• DOB required
• Work history:
  No more than 90 days gap in the last 1 year
• References: 1 reference in entire work history
• Skills:
  
  Laparoscopy, robotic surgery, plastic, neuro, laparotomy, urology, ortho, ENT
