Nurse Practitioner for Geriatric Patients Needed in Northeastern Jacksonville, FL - Offering Relocation
A facility in NE Jacksonville, FL is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide healthcare for geriatric patients. The facility requires geriatric primary care experience. You will need to be licensed in the state of Florida prior to starting. In this position, you will be required to gain medical history from the patient, conduct physical exams, order and interpret labs/diagnostic tests, and devise appropriate treatment plans and medication, along with other responsibilities.
