On the Road, On Point

Most weeks start from a hotel, then you travel with Medical Assistants or Occupational Health Techs to the day’s fire station or facility. You help get equipment in place, meet the site contact, and set expectations during morning introductions. From there, your focus is steady throughput and accuracy—moving exam to exam while keeping documentation clean and decisions consistent. You’ll rotate across different environments and crews, adjust to site constraints, and finish the day ensuring the team is aligned on next steps and timelines.

Top performers stay calm, keep pace, and earn trust quickly across locations.
