Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist Medical Center Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a full‑time PRN shift opportunity scheduled 7:00 pm–7:00 am.

• Provide care to patients requiring treatment of medical, surgical, or emergent conditions
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis and plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate care provided by ancillary services
• Serve as a patient advocate to ensure safety and satisfaction
• Participate in staff meetings and unit‑based initiatives
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health

• 1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required)
• Telemetry Experience (required)
• Emergency Department Experience (preferred)
• Hospital Experience (required)

• Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), TNCC, NIHSS (preferred)

• ACLS required within 6 months for the Adult EDs and Free Standing EDs
• PALS required within 1 year of hire for the Free Standing EDs and within 6 months for WCH ED
