Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Baptist Orthopedics – Reid Building in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full‑time day shift opportunity. This specialized orthopedic OR focuses on elective procedures including sports medicine, foot, ankle, and hand surgeries. The role is ideal for an OR nurse seeking a predictable schedule with no call, nights, or weekends.

• Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process
• Coordinate care with surgical and ancillary teams
• Prepare operating room and surgical cases
• Anticipate patient and procedural needs
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety

• 2–3 years Surgical Services Experience (required)

• Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (required)
• Certified Nursing On Call in Orthopedics (CNOR) (preferred)
