Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Infusion Therapy team at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center at our Baptist South location in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-time Days position Monday-Friday from 8-5.
As an Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse, you will- Provide patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and support the mission of the organization.
- Include patients and significant others/families in developing an individualized plan of care.
- Educate patients, significant others, and families about the disease process and plan of care.
- Serve as patient advocate and assist Interventional Radiologists.
- Provide optimum care utilizing the nursing process.
- IV Team Experience
- Oncology Infusion Experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from a state nursing board (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA (required)
