• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State – Required
• High School Diploma or GED – Preferred
• Experience – Preferred, not required
