RN – Med Surg (Travel) – Winston‑Salem, North Carolina
Vetted is seeking an RN – Med Surg for a travel assignment. Must have 2+ years of experience. The contract pays approximately $9,489/month gross.
Assignment Details- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift length: 12‑hour shifts
- Hours per week: 36
- Start date:
ASAP
- Perform focused reassessments and elevate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post‑procedure monitoring as indicated.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12‑hour shifts.
- Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.
- Guaranteed Pay – never worry about cancelled shifts
- Premium Overtime – 2× hourly rate for overtime on travel assignments
- Weekly Pay – get paid weekly for financial flexibility
