PositionSummary
Jacksonville, Florida’s most preferred health system is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our rapidly‑growing inpatient team. The role will work with the Hospitalist team, covering admissions, rapid response, and floor calls while benefiting from a 7‑on/7‑off schedule. The provider will also lead a new program to advance the utilization of Advanced Practice Providers across our hospital campuses.
Responsibilities- Cover admissions, rapid response, and floor calls as part of the Hospitalist team
- Provide advanced primary care to inpatient patients
- Lead program development to enhance Advanced Practice Provider utilization
- Work on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule
- Master of Science in Nursing or related field
- Certified ARNP or PA
- Licensed ARNP or PA
- Four years of experience as a Hospitalist
- Over 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner
