Responsibilities- Assess patients' wounds and develop individualized treatment plans to promote optimal healing and prevent complications.
- Implement and manage wound care treatments, including debridement, dressing changes, and compression therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care techniques and self‑care strategies.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of wound care treatments and patient outcomes.
