American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Jacksonville, Florida.

Territory covers St. Augustine and surrounding areas, up to 50 miles from the office.

• Pay Rate: $1,800-$2,000
• Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM
• Available Shift: Days, Monday-Friday, 5 shifts per week
• Start Date: 5/4/26
• Location: Jacksonville, FL

• At least one year of experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency.
• Comfortable with OASIS assessments and documentation.
• Valid RN license and willingness to obtain Florida licensure.
• Experience with HCHB EMR.

• Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and infusion therapy.
• Perform OASIS assessments and ensure accurate, timely documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and medication administration.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
