Position Summary

B. Braun Medical products, primarily in the Infusion Therapy and Introcan Safety product lines.

• Provides education/training to existing or potential customers.
• Works with Sales Representatives and Clinical Conversion Specialists to advance the sales process and maximize customer satisfaction through in‑service education and training programs.
• Product focus is primarily around Infusion Therapy and Introcan Safety product lines but may include any of the product portfolio.
• Functions as a clinical and product expert representing
  
  B. Braun Medical in the healthcare community.
• Conducts and leads in‑services and educational sessions during evaluations, conversions and troubleshooting.
• Serves as a product resource expert and mentor for other
  
  B. Braun educators while in accounts performing training and educational activities.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

• Working knowledge of the technical field/area of specialization and application of principles, theories and concepts.
• Works under general supervision and may assist in orienting, training, assigning and/or reviewing the work of other peers.
• Requires limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers, and occasionally with external contractors/vendors.

• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience as a bedside nurse.
• Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
• Valid RN license.
• Regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
• Frequent business travel across the U.S. required.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Ability to work a non‑standard schedule as needed.

• Light work – Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and reaching – Occasional reaching upward/downward, standing, pushing/pulling.
• Frequently sitting.
• Occasionally climbing stairs/ladders, standing, walking.
• Frequent hand and eye use, hearing and vision functions.

Base pay $46 per hour. The targeted range is a reasonable estimate based on skill set, experience, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
