is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Cath Lab Department at our Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity with four 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 5:00pm. Call is required for evenings, weekends and holidays.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab team. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
As an Registered Nurse in our Cath Lab your responsibilities will include:- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
- Monitor patients pre /intra / and post-procedure for safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and manage IV lines as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and adhere to ACLS protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards.
2 Years Critical Care Experience
Experience & Credential Requirements- Licensed Registered Nurse (STATE Nursing Board Certified)
- Associates of Science (Nursing) Required
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) Preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - AHA
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
- Driver's License - DMV
