We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time night shift position.

The PICU at Wolfson Children’s has achieved gold-level status by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. This means excellence in quality and safety, outstanding outcomes, parent satisfaction and a healthy environment. As a Registered Nurse for the PICU, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing patient care to pediatric population utilizing all aspects of the nursing process

Supervision of care provided by supportive personnel

Coordination of care provided by ancillary services

Including patients and families in developing and individualized plan of care Education of patients and families to their disease process and plan of care Serve as the patient advocate and responsible for providing care for critical patients that require a higher acuity of care Uphold the hospital mission statement

Participate in staff meetings and other unit activities

Experience Requirements:1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred1-2 years Telemetry Experience Hospital Experience Education & Credential Requirements:
