Innovative Renal Care seeks a Charge Nurse to lead the hemodialysis team and provide day-to-day direction to patient care staff. You will promote positive relations with patients, families, and physicians while ensuring clear, tactful communication across all interactions.
Ideal candidates have RN licensure, at least 12 months of nursing experience (including dialysis), BLS/CPR certification, and demonstrated leadership abilities to ensure safe, quality care in our dialysis unit.
