Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU RN to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.

  • Schedule:

    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with two weekend days per month and rotating holidays.

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

How You’ll Contribute

In this role, the OR/PACU RN will:

  • Utilize advanced assessment skills to formulate patient care plans and identify patient care problems.
  • Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation.
  • Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed.
  • Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members.
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include
  • Active RN license.
  • 1 year minimum of clinical experience in Operating, Procedure Room, or PACU.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Strong technical and clinical assessment skills.
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
