Concierge Home Care is hiring a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in the Jacksonville area

Salary Range: $46.00 – $51.00 Hourly

• Pay-per-visit model (competitive, based on experience)

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
