Baptist Health is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full‑time night shift opportunity. The Pediatric ED provides specialized emergency care for infants, children, and adolescents. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about pediatric care in a fast‑paced, family‑centered environment.

• Works closely with the direct care staff during their shift to deliver quality patient care
• Is an expert clinical resource
• Facilitates the admission, transfer and discharge flow
• Takes a lead role in implementing changes
• Supports and coaches staff development
• Makes shift‑to‑shift patient care assignments
• Takes a direct patient care assignment as needed

• 3–5 years nursing experience (required)
• Medical surgical and telemetry experience (required)
• Leadership and charge nurse experience (required)

• Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
