PRN Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Provide psychiatric care to a caseload of 20 patients under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Conduct assessments, deliver therapy, manage medication, complete required documentation, and coordinate consultations. Must be available for on‑call duties, weekends, and a 32‑hour work week.
Responsibilities- Oversee quality of care for assigned patients.
- Perform psychiatric assessments.
- Complete documentation for patients under civil commitment statutes.
- Deliver individual and family therapy and medication management as needed.
- Request appropriate consultations and provide psychiatric consultation when requested.
- Be available on‑call and during weekends.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience with psychiatric or mental health patients.
- ARNP licensure in state of Florida.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
