Community Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an LPN to provide direct patient care in hospice settings, supporting care plans with the RN and interdisciplinary team. The shift is 7 p.m.–7 a.m. with alternating weekends, and a $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited Florida LPN program, current CPR certification, and IV certification. Minimum two years of patient care experience; willing to work at multiple centers as needed; familiarity with HIPAA
