We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with an interest in orthopedics and sports medicine to join our growing, collaborative team.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Perform physical exams and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic tests
- Administer injections, suture wounds, and prescribe medications
- Provide pre- and post-operative patient care
- Participate in Operating Room (OR) time as First Assist
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and care teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes
- Provide patient triage and respond to urgent clinical needs
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and performance
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
- Graduate of or currently enrolled in an accredited PA-C or ARNP program
- Active Florida PA-C or ARNP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current CPR certification
- Interest or experience in orthopedics or sports medicine preferred
