Grand Living is a brand of senior living communities offering luxury-inspired amenities and personalized service to residents. The Director of Health and Wellness (RN) provides leadership to the health and wellness department to support exceptional assisted living and memory care services and to oversee nursing and aide staff.

The Director of Health and Wellness, operating as the community's Director of Nursing, coordinates, manages, and supervises all assisted living and memory care nursing and aide services. Responsibilities include resident assessments and admissions, development of personalized service care plans using EMR (Eldermark), and scheduling related care services. Leadership is delivered in a courteous, timely, professional manner to achieve high resident satisfaction.

This role reports to the Executive Director in accordance with community standards, processes, and philosophy.

• Registered Nurse License in the state of Florida, required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing, required.
• Five or more years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting; preferably in assisted living or home health.
• Two or more years with hiring and supervisory duties, required.
• Computer skills and experience in an electronic health record environment, preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to train and supervise staff; facilitate assessments and care plan development; use operational software for care documentation; and communicate with staff.
• Knowledge of resident rights and ability to foster privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, and work without extended sitting.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds.

• Provide leadership and supervision of the health and wellness department for assisted living and memory care services.
• Coordinate admissions and development of personalized care plans using EMR (Eldermark).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to ensure high-quality resident experiences.
• Ensure compliance with community standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
