Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32257.
Shift schedule:
Full‑time daytime (7 a.m.–7 p.m.) and nighttime (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) rotations.
Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day‑to‑day functions and providing direct patient care in a family/team environment.
