- Lead the daily operations of a 24-bed inpatient oncology unit.
- Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
- Drive patient safety, quality improvement, and exceptional patient experiences.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based oncology care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
- Support strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and shared governance.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- 3-5 years of nursing experience required
- 3-5 years of oncology nursing experience required
- 3-5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience required
