- Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across multiple hospitals in Jacksonville
- Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
- Function with a high degree of autonomy, supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backup
- Participate in comprehensive neonatal patient management and care planning
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality neonatal outcomes
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification
- At least [X] years of neonatal or pediatric clinical experience
- Strong collaboration, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
