Overview

Cypress Village is a 120-acre wooded lakefront retirement community in Jacksonville, near Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville beaches. It is part of Life Care Services, a leading developer and manager of senior living communities. The organization emphasizes trust, purpose, and hospitality for residents and staff.

Position: Admissions Nurse (hospitality-focused). Salary: $75,000–$80,000 based on education and experience. RN preferred. M-F salaried. SNF experience is a plus. Customer service oriented. IV certification (if LPN). On-call rotation with nurse management team.

• Assist with completing all admission processes for new admits daily, including initial and second skin assessments.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed.
• Ensure all medications are sent to pharmacy.
• Meet and greet all new admissions; explain expectations of SNF stay to residents and families.
• If no admissions, provide unit coverage (cover for unit manager vacations).

• RN preferred.
• Monday–Friday salaried role.
• SNF experience is a plus.
• Customer service focused.
• IV certified (if LPN).
• On-call rotation with nurse management team.
