UF Health Jacksonville is seeking a RN Clinic Care Coordinator to direct, coordinate, and monitor clinical activities in our ambulatory settings. You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient flow.
You will assist patients and caregivers with referrals, follow-ups, and navigating the care process. Must have BSN and Florida RN licensure, with 1-2 years of related clinical experience;
Ambulatory Care certification preferred.
