- Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across multiple hospitals in Jacksonville
- Attend deliveries (no transport duties required)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and other advanced practice providers
- Deliver high-quality, autonomous neonatal care within a high-performing, supportive environment
- Support hospital-wide neonatal care initiatives and protocols
- Maintain documentation and compliance with all clinical standards and policies
- Valid Florida Nurse Practitioner license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum of 2 years neonatal or pediatric APP experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and delivery attendance
- Ability to work independently with high professional standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
