Role Overview :

As a Home Health Nurse at Bright Star Care of W. Volusia, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of support and service delivery. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to adapt your schedule to meet the needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication management and wound care.

Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.

Monitor and document patient progress while communicating effectively with family members and healthcare team.

Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and health management strategies.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of care while providing compassionate support.

Available Shifts : 7pm-7am Friday, Sat, Sun

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida.

Previous experience providing care to patients with dementia

PEG Tube, Catheter Care and Bowl regime experience.

Strong assessment and clinical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Bonus If You:

Hold certifications in CPR and First Aid.

Have experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Speak additional languages, providing enhanced communication with diverse patients.
