American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility position requiring a minimum of 2 years of rehabilitation nursing experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

• Work in a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
• Assigned to the Rehab Nursing IRF unit on floors 1-2
• Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Patient ratio of 1:8
• Uses Cerner EHR
• Shift runs from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Weekend rotation required every other weekend
• No on-call requirements

• Active RN license (FL or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years rehabilitation nursing experience required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required
• Basic computer knowledge required

• Deliver individualized rehabilitation nursing care to patients recovering from severe injury or illness
• Collaborate with a care team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Must be a cooperative team player
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
