American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Rehab Nursing IRF night shift position requiring 2+ years of rehabilitation nursing experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 50 beds
• Rehab Nursing IRF unit located on floors 1-2
• Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Patient ratio of 1:8
• Uses Cerner EHR system
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements

• Active RN license (FL or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required (AHA certifications required)
• Minimum of 2 years' rehabilitation nursing experience required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required

• Provide rehabilitation nursing care within a specialized physical medicine and rehabilitation program
• Work collaboratively as part of a cooperative, team-oriented nursing staff
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Report to the Nurse Manager upon arrival
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
