Baptist Home Health Care by BAYADA is seeking a compassionate, full-time Start of Care/Oasis Admissions Registered Nurse to join our Jacksonville, FL team. The role will service adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis across Duval, Baker, Clay and Nassau Counties.
Oasis home health experience is strongly preferred. The RN will follow care plans, perform visits, administer medications, and document care using a touch pad tablet, while traveling to assigned cases.
