Provide direct care to residents receiving restorative nursing to promote the resident's maximum function and minimize decline;
Provide direct restorative care including restorative dining, splints, ADLs, bowel and bladder management, passive/active range of motion, ambulation and transfers;
Encourage residents to participate in assigned programs with verbal cueing, one-on-one attention, and safety precautions;
Maintain documentation on each resident participating in Restorative Program and notify management of changes;
Create and implement new ideas and concepts to improve systems and processes to achieve superior results
