Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner/DNP or Physician Assistant role is based in Jacksonville, FL. The clinician will perform comprehensive patient consultations, obtain medical histories, assess aesthetic and wellness needs, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser treatments, and skin therapies), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
The role also involves educating clients on treatment options, aftercare, and wellness strategies, collaborating with the medical and aesthetic team, and maintaining accurate documentation within the practice’s systems. The practitioner will contribute to a high-quality, luxury experience while supporting practice growth through excellent client relationships and professionalism.
- Current, unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/DNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Florida.
- Experience in aesthetics or dermatology, including hands-on skills with injectables, laser treatments, or other cosmetic procedures, or strong interest with willingness to train.
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and client education skills, with a focus on delivering a safe, comfortable, and luxury experience.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and aesthetic professionals.
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation; strong attention to detail and organization.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and relevant aesthetic certifications (e.g., injectables, laser safety) are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in wellness, preventive medicine, or concierge-style practices is a plus.
