UF Health Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift. You will partner with a Nursing Assistant to manage a manageable patient load and execute each patient care plan tailored to individual goals.
Responsibilities include admissions/transfers, ongoing patient assessments, accurate EPIC documentation, and interpreting labs/telemetry. You will ensure orders are transcribed and support quality improvement initiatives.
