- Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
- Function with high autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backup
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of neonatal care aligned with organizational mission
- Florida RN and APRN licensure, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in neonatal or pediatric intensive care
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and interventions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
