Ascension St. Vincent's is seeking a compassionate, motivated Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and other complex endocrine conditions. Your Role
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic endocrine conditions
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their care
  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, educators, and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Coordinate care across the health system to create a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.
