Certified Nursing Assistant
- Home Health (Full-Time) River Garden provides you with Gold Seal status. Our Home Health CNAs work with private clients in their on campus apartments, as well as work with residents in our facility. You must be a state licensed nursing assistant. You will be responsible for providing care to maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being. • Ensures that resident care needs are met
• Understands and demonstrates high standards of care
• Exhibits maturity and displays empathy to all residents
• Organizes work efficiently and is prompt and dependable
• Participates in QAPI
• Demonstrates an understanding of HIPAA related regulations and guidelines

• High school diploma
• Current state of Florida nursing assistant certification required
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
• One year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting; geriatric setting preferred
• Home health experience required
