Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse to our Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology team at our Baptist South location in Jacksonville, FL. This Registered Nurse position is a Full Time days position working 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday
- Friday. This Registered Nurse will also participate in rotating call and holidays. This Registered Nurse for Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology will do placements for IR lines, filters, and catheters. This Registered Nurse for Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology may also assist with monitoring patients in MRI who have implants or devices as well as assist in other radiology departments as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services

Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care

Coordination and preparation of assigned room/case, assessment of patient care needs and the anticipation of needs of the case

Assisting the Interventional Radiologists

Call required

Experience Requirements

1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred

1-2 years Telemetry Experience

Hospital Experience

Education & Credential Requirements

Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required

Licensed Registered Nurse Required
