As a Nursing Assistant at Vivo Healthcare Taylor Manor ALF, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and ambulating
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to care plan development
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and care coordination

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Ability to lift, transfer, and positioning of residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
