Carle Health is seeking a staff Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional patient care in a dynamic environment. The RN will manage a designated group of patients, conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, and document care in accordance with unit standards.
The role requires an Illinois RN license, BLS certification, and a combination of HS diploma/GED and an Associate’s degree. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
