Supportive Leadership & Team Environment
Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and responses to care
Supervise and direct nursing assistants and other nursing personnel
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Protect resident rights and maintain confidentiality
Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current, active Florida RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in acute care or long-term care preferred
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Current RN License
Driver’s License
Social Security Card
Current CPR Certification
Nursing School Diploma
This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
